Abstract

A measuring device based on an attached induction probe and used for continuous testing of magnetic losses in a moving strip of cold-rolled electrical steel is described. The device can be used for automated control of conditions of laser treatment or other types of treatment of strip surface that are applied to artificially refine the domain structure of the strip.
