Abstract
A method of the layered analysis of the distribution of properties over the depth is suggested. The method is based on investigation of the secondary magnetic fields induced by layered structures over the free surface of the tested object and makes it possible to study the distribution of properties over the depth which is uniquely related to the magnetization curve.
