Estimation of the Reliability Coefficients of Ultrasonic Testing of Welded Joints

Abstract

The reliability coefficients of nondestructive testing are considered and it is shown that rejection levels of ultrasonic signal amplitudes which make it possible to reduce errors in testing welded joints can be chosen over a wide range of standard-permissible aws.
