Abstract
Electrophysical properties of oxyfluoride 3NdOF · KF are studied. Heterovalent substitution of K+ ions for Nd3+ ions in NdOF increases ionic conductivity by two orders of magnitude (to ∼10-4 S cm-1 at 400°C).
