Acylation of Amines with Carboxyethyl Dextran Azides

Abstract

The stability and reactivity of carboxyethyl dextran azides toward amines, and also the influence exerted by the pH of the reaction medium and pK a of the amine on the number of amide groups in acylation products were studied.
