Abstract
The effect of the composition of fluoride–chloride bath with addition of OS-20 on the polarization during electrodeposition of tin–nickel alloys is studied. Electron-microscopic and x-ray diffraction methods are used for elucidation how the OS-20 additive and annealing temperature affect the structure of Sn–Ni coatings.
