Abstract
Measurements of excess molar enthalpies at 25°C in a flow microcalorimeter, are reported for the four binary mixtures formed by mixing 1-hexene with either 2- methyltetrahydrofuran, or methyl tert-butyl ether, or diisopropyl ether, or di-n-butyl ether. Smooth Redlich–Kister representations of the results are presented. It was found that the Liebermann–Fried model also provided good representations of the results.
