Method for Directional Failure of Rocks by Plastic Substances

  • Published:
Journal of Mining Science Aims and scope

Abstract

The results are presented for investigating failure of brittle materials by plastic substance injected into samples under static and dynamic regimes. The pressure distribution in closed system and crack is determined. The process of the formed crack propagation is described.
