Abstract
The title compound is [CuL(H2O)]Cl, C11H18N3ClO2Cu, where L is N-(2-hydro- xyphenylmethenylimino)-1,5-diamine-3-azapentane. In the cation the metal atom is coordinated by three N and two O atoms from L and a water molecule in a distorted square-pyramidal geometry.
