Abstract
In this work we have characterized cDNAs fragments of GnRH preprohormones by 3′RACE. This characterization confirms the presence and expression of three GnRH forms in brain tissue and constitutes an initial step in the study of the physiological role of GnRHs during the sexual differentiation, maturation and reproduction of pejerrey.
