Dynamic Analysis of Sandwich Cylindrical Shells

Abstract

We present a dynamic analysis of cylindrical shells and study new mechanical effects in the distribution of stresses, strains, and displacements. Cylindrical shells are studied within the framework of the Kirchhoffndash;Love hypothesis and the refined Timoshenko model.
