Abstract
InTe–Cr2Te3 alloys were prepared and characterized by temperature-dependent magnetic measurements. The results lend support to earlier phase-diagram data indicating the formation of compounds with the compositions In9Cr2Te12 and In2Cr6Te11 . In9Cr2Te12 is shown to be a ferromagnet, while In2Cr6Te11 has a more complex magnetic structure.
