Predicting the Composition of CdxPb1 – xS Films Deposited from Aqueous Solutions

  • Published:
Inorganic Materials Aims and scope

Abstract

Analysis of experimental data suggests that the ratio of the concentrations of uncomplexed Pb and Cd ions in the reaction system can be used to predict the composition of Cd x Pb1 – x S films deposited from aqueous solutions. To this end, the appropriate best fit equations are derived from experimental data.
