Abstract

Sorption of copper and copper oxide from the alloy surface by poly(methyl methacrylate) doped with alkali metal cations was studied with the aim to develop nondestructive sampling of metals from the surface. The sampling efficiency was studied as influenced by the content of alkali metal cations and water in the polymeric matrix.
