Linear Measuring Temperature Transducers Based on Thin-Film Elements

Abstract

Methods of constructing thin-film, including hybrid, linear measuring temperature transducers are considered. A metrological analysis of such transducers is carried out. Examples of the synthesis of adjusting criteria based the results of the metrological analysis are presented.
