Inhibition of Listeria ivanovii by Paenibacillus lentimorbus isolated from phase II mushroom compost

Abstract

A novel extracellular heat-sensitive inhibitory effect of wild-type cultures of Paenibacillus lentimorbus isolated from mushroom compost upon the in vitro growth of Listeria ivanovii was observed.
