Estimating Efficiency of Housing and Public Services Depending on the Structure of Habitation Property

Abstract

Choice of the criteria for estimation and design of a mathematical model of the municipal housing and public services was discussed. Types of service property were established, the main model parameters and service efficiency depending on the structure of types of the municipal housing were estimated, and conclusions were drawn about the feasible orientation of the reforms of housing and public services.
