Efficiency of Three-Layered Porous Electrodes with Variable Conductance or Variable Specific Areas of Layers: A Comparative Analysis

Abstract

Efficiency of action of variable conductance and specific area of porous matrix on the current distribution is compared in identical conditions with the aid of numerical calculations based on a one-dimensional model for a porous electrode. Versions of three-layered flow-through porous electrodes with different and identical parameters are considered at different reactant conversion degrees.
