Abstract
The possibility and necessity of conducting derivatographic studies for obtaining more complete and detailed information on thermal decomposition of some salts are demonstrated. The derivatographic data suggested hypotheses on the mechanisms of action of salts on combustion and carbonization of polymer materials.
