Abstract
Results of a study of the concentration dependence of the effective distribution coefficients (K ef, crystal/melt) for dopants Al, Fe, Pr, and Nd in Czochralski-grown Bi12SiO20 single crystals are reported. Unlike the previously examined chromium, the new dopants Al, Fe, and Pr reveal a constancy in K ef. The upper doping concentration limit for praseodymium is determined.
