Radical Polymerization of Acrylamide in Aqueous-Dimethyl Sulfoxide Solutions in the Presence of Sodium Acetate

Abstract

The kinetic features of nonisothermal polymerization of acrylamide in aqueous, mixed aqueousdimethyl sulfoxide, and DMSO solutions in the presence of potassium persulfate as initiator and sodium acetate as complexing agent were studied by differential thermal analysis.
