Abstract
Data are given from the x-ray analysis of crystallographic texture in semifinished sheet products of various thicknesses made of aluminum alloys, which confirm that the texture is inhomogeneous over the thickness of the sheet and working layer; arguments are presented on the correctness in relation to the ratio of those thicknesses.
