Abstract
It has been shown that the behavior of the thermoelectric properties of n‐PbTe films produced at different condensation temperatures T c depends on the time of storage in air, which is related to the physical processes responsible for the diffusion of oxygen along the crystallite boundary and on its state prescribed by condensation conditions.
