Abstract

Experience with use of ash-slurry wastes from thermal electric power plants and coal-dressing mills of a metallurgical combine as a base for tailing ponds during the building of enclosing dikes is described. Results are cited for investigations and experimental-industrial tests of dikes constructed of blast-furnace wastes.
