Power Technology and Engineering Aims and scope

Abstract

Principles of redundancy of the equipment of excitation systems of powerful synchronous generators are considered and examples of realization of these principles in new high-speed nonbrush field excitation systems, static thyristor excitation systems, and kits for control systems (KOSUR) for reconstruction of excitation systems with high-frequency, nonbrush, and commutator exciters are discussed.
