Abstract

Data on steam-water-oxygen treatment (SWOT) of boilers at the Smolensk, Dankovsk, and Efremovsk cogeneration plants are presented. The treatment partially cleaned the internal heating surfaces from deposits and formed a corrosion-resistant protective film hampering corrosion processes both during operation and in idle time.
