Abstract
We have thoroughly studied the additional modes in the phonon spectra of YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7−x single crystals in resonant conditions. We have investigated the fine structure of the “forbidden” Raman spectrum, its dependence on the oxygen concentration and temperature as well as its temporal behavior which reflects the photoinduced oxygen redistribution.
