Expected Characteristics of the Multipurpose Pulsed Uranium–Graphite Reactor Complex

  • Published:
Atomic Energy Aims and scope

Abstract

The goals of developing an MPGR reactor system are formulated and the basic advantages of the system are discussed. The results of verification of the computational methods on experimental parameters of the IGR prototype reactor and estimates of the physical characteristics of the MPGR system are presented.
