Abstract

The features of radical polymerization of styrene in the presence of nitroxyl radicals generated directly in the course of the polymer synthesis (in situ) by irreversible reaction of stable organic compounds 2-methyl-2-nitrosopropane, C-phenyl-N-tert-butylnitrone, and nitrosodurene with propagating polymer radicals were studied.
