Abstract
The known compound cyclocantogenin (1) and a new cycloartane glycoside cyclounifolioside C (2), which has the structure 24R-cycloartan-3β,6α,16β,24,25-pentaol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, were isolated from roots of Astragalus unifoliolatus Bunge. The structures of the isolated compounds are established using hydrolysis and spectral data.
