Modeling of Pillar Failure

  • Published:
Journal of Mining Science Aims and scope

Abstract

On the model samples, pillar failure under load is investigated. Using video shooting and ultrasonic diagnostics, the succession is determined for arising and developing the trajectory of main cracks leading to the pillar failure.
