Abstract

The transient contact resistance for the extruded samples of Bi85Sb15 solid solutions with contact alloys containing lead and tin atoms depending on the thermal annealing, magnetic field intensity and temperature have been investigated. It is shown that observed peculiarities can be explained by the creation in a near-contact region of the intermediate layer doped by Pb and Sn atoms.
