Abstract
A novel approach to finite systems of interacting Fermi or Bose particles is suggested. The conditions under which such systems can be statistically described are analysed. It was, in particular, shown that even for few particles, the onset of thermalization is possible provided the interaction between particles is strong and complex enough.
