Abstract
57Fe Mössbauer measurements have been conducted for the ordered perovskite A2FeMoO6 (A: Ca, Sr, Ba) in the temperature range from 4.2 K to 500 K. Temperature dependences of the parameters were consistently determined below and above T c. The values of isomer shift and hyperfine field indicate that the Fe ions are in Fe2.5+ state. There exist the disordered sites in A=Ca and Sr specimens, of which Fe seems to be in Fe3+ state.
