Abstract
A problem is examined for deforming the rock mass around a cylindrical working, provided that the distances between the slip lines are comparable to the dimension of a working. On the basis of the finite-element method, the calculated algorithm is developed with regard for the arbitrary number of slip lines. It is shown that numerical solutions are close to classical ones in unlimited increasing the number of slip lines.
