Optimized Composition of the Slip for Preparing High-Porosity Permeable Quartz Ceramics

Abstract

The preparation of a high-porosity permeable ceramic by the duplication method using thixotropic slips is described. An aqueous solution of methylcellulose is used as the dispersion medium.
