Equilibrium Potential–pH Diagram of the CdTe–H2O System

Abstract

The equilibrium potential–pH (Pourbaix) diagram of the CdTe–H2O system was calculated. The diagram was used to analyze potential-forming reactions and the chemical state of the CdTe surface in aqueous solutions.
