Mass Adoption of the Nondestructive Testing Instrumentation and the Testing Uniformity Principle

Abstract

Experience with adoption of flaw detectors in which ferromagnetic transducers are used for testing the solebar of freight car trucks in the railway system is outlined. It is shown that the adoption has been successfully completed owing to using the testing uniformity principle.
