Processing of Acetophenon Bottoms from Distillation of Styrene with Maleic Acid

Abstract

The kinetic features of dehydration of maleic acid during preparation of a copolymer based on the styrene distillation bottoms from joint production of styrene and propylene oxide were studied. The potential application fields for the copolymer synthesized were analyzed.
