Abstract
Improving quality and reliability of materials, components, and structures is one of topical problems in the contemporary science and technology. These properties are especially important for devices and structures operating under extreme conditions: under high static and dynamic loads, in contact with aggressive and hazardous media. Reliability of airspace, chemical, nuclear, and other facilities operating under critical conditions essentially depends on structural materials that are used in stressed components of such structures [1].
