Spectral‐Luminescent and Electrical Properties of Thulium‐Activated Gallium Sulfide Monocrystals

  • Published:
Journal of Applied Spectroscopy Aims and scope

Abstract

The absorption and luminescence spectra of GaS:Tm monocrystals have been investigated. The influence of the impurity concentration on the spectral‐luminescent properties of the above crystals has been studied. It is shown that the mechanism of current flow in doped monocrystals is due to the double injection.
