Abstract
Physical reasons for the experimentally revealed influence of cooling conditions of solids on the kinetics of their temperatures and electrical properties are examined. It is assumed that bifurcation occurs at high cooling rates and definite temperatures that causes temperature drops producing elastic stresses sufficient for the generation of electrically active structural defects.
