Fibre Chemisorbents for Treatment of Industrial Sewage

Abstract

An industrial method was developed for treatment of electroplating plant sewage to remove heavy metal ions [zinc, chromium (VI)] with chemisorption materials. The high efficiency of removal of toxic contaminants from aqueous medium with fibre sorbents is demonstrated.
