High Temperature Aims and scope

Abstract

A modification of the Enskog kinetic equation for dense gases and gas mixtures of hard spheres is given for the case where the particle diameter depends on the relative velocity in a collision. Analytical expressions are obtained for transport coefficients of a simple dense gas, and the results of comparison of the viscosity coefficient with smoothed experimental data are given.
