Electrochemical Preparation of Chitin Materials

Abstract

Electrochemical processes for preparation of various chitin materials are examined. Physicochemical and biochemical properties of the products are studied, particularly the effect of deproteinization and degreasing of chitin materials on their sorption and other characteristics.
