Chromatographic Analysis of Isoniconitic Acid Hydrazide Derivatives

Abstract

A highly sensitive and selective procedure was developed for determining specific impurities of isonicotinic acid hydrazide and vanillin in Metazid and Ftivazide preparations by thin-layer chromatography.
