  • Published:
Chemistry and Technology of Fuels and Oils Aims and scope

Abstract

A composition based on gun grease modified with oxidized atactic polypropylene is proposed. This inexpensive composition has a high drop point, elevated adhesive and cohesive properties, and much higher hardness and crack resistance. It is as good as the expensive imported analogs with respect to anticorrosion and protective properties.
