Abstract
Results of photoluminescence emission spectra, photoluminescence decay, and temperature dependence of photoluminescence brightness of chemically deposited La- and Nd-doped films are reported. Along with these results of photoconductivity, X-ray diffraction, and SEM studies are also presented and discussed.
