Journal of Applied Spectroscopy Aims and scope

Abstract

The luminescence and luminescence excitation spectra of GaS:Pr single crystals are investigated. It is shown that in the single crystals of gallium sulfide the luminescence centers can be at two positions. The symmetry of the environment and the structure of these centers are considered.
