A New Approach to Measuring the Piezomodulus of a Piezoceramic Material under Dynamic Conditions

Abstract

It is shown that the piezoelectric modulus is related to the parameters of the equivalent circuit for a piezoceramic component. Various ways are considered for determining the modulus from the frequency characteristics of the conductance only in the region of mechanical resonance.
